Today, Thursday, March 20, 2025, we enthusiastically took part in the Career Day organized by ITIS Nautico Archimede in Fano, held in the auditorium of Polo 3 in Via Nolfi.
The event was designed to create a direct connection between students from the nautical technical program and specialized companies in the yachting sector.
Together with fellow companies from the Marche Yachting & Cruising Association, we had the chance to share who we are, what we do, and how we experience our work every day.
But most importantly, we listened — to questions, curiosities, doubts, and dreams.
We felt the energy, the drive to grow, the desire to get involved.
A true exchange of perspectives.
Fano, and the Marche region more broadly, represent an international hub of excellence in shipbuilding.
Over the years, this area has developed a sector capable of attracting young talent, innovation, and investment.
And it was right here that we witnessed the value of connecting schools with the professional world.
After the opening remarks by Principal Maria Eleonora Augello, and speeches from the Maritime Director of Ancona Rear Admiral Vincenzo Vitale, the Volta Institute teachers, and the MYCA President Maurizio Minossi, a clear picture emerged of an industry in continuous evolution—one that demands technical skills, passion, and openness to change.
In our own dedicated space, we spoke about the work we do every day at PAD PROJECT: a job that blends precision, collaboration, and vision.
We didn’t just present numbers — we shared lived experiences.
We spoke about the importance of design, team dynamics, and the challenges that fuel our passion.
We saw genuine participation in the eyes of the students.
And we are convinced that among them are the future leaders of tomorrow’s yachting industry.
