The PAD PROJECT team is much more than an operational structure: it’s a living, cohesive, and skilled organism, where every voice contributes to the story we bring to the market every day.
We are more than 35 professionals — with perfect gender balance — distributed across our core departments: design, industrialization, technical management, administration, and research & development.
Alongside these established areas, new roles are emerging, such as those dedicated to the MAT contract residential division — a natural extension of our expertise into other sectors.
Every desk in our headquarters — overlooking the sea in Fano — is an active hub of idea generation. Our office features more than 35 fully equipped workstations, designed to ensure continuity between technical design and project management.
Here, designers, engineers, 3D modelers, project managers, HR professionals, and back-office staff work side by side. A blend of expertise that turns every project into a smooth, structured process.
We are a team that works as one — ambitious in its goals and driven by a shared desire to grow.
Our spirit also takes shape through moments of informal connection: from corporate yoga sessions to foosball matches on our terrace by the port, from birthday celebrations to company dinners that mark the milestones we reach throughout the year.

At the beginning of 2025, we launched Behind the Scene: a social storytelling project that shines a light on the people, roles, and stories behind the quality of PAD PROJECT.
A special thanks goes to our Technical Designer Giovanni Locatelli, who created the personalized logos for each team member. Every graphic element is designed to represent the person even before the role.
