A day of dialogue, vision, and networking: PAD PROJECT took part in the “The Adriatic and the Yachting Industry” Forum with great interest.
It was a valuable opportunity to listen, exchange ideas, and reflect on the present and future of the yachting industry—especially along the Adriatic coast.

Key topics of discussion

The forum brought together professionals from shipbuilding, captains, institutions, designers, and service providers to address crucial themes for the industry’s development:

  • The strategic role of the Port of Ancona and the Marche region
  • The evolution of shipbuilding in the Adriatic
  • Refit opportunities and post-sale services
  • Onboard innovation, accessories, and technological advancements
  • Education and emerging skill sets
  • Promoting the region as a destination for superyachts

Special attention was given to the Marche nautical district, emerging as a cohesive and growing ecosystem—rich in design, manufacturing, and technological expertise.

Key takeaways and inspiring insights

Among the most inspiring contributions was the speech by Stefano Pagani Isnardi (Confindustria Nautica), who shared data and insights on the current state of the industry.
The day concluded with an interview with Norberto Ferretti, who delivered a powerful message to young people and future generations in the sector—encouraging them to believe in passion, competence, and the value of “doing things well.”

A participation aligned with our vision

Attending this forum was a stimulating opportunity for PAD PROJECT to reaffirm our commitment to the yachting industry and the Marche district.

The exchange of perspectives, the quality of the discussions, and the strategic vision of the event reinforce our belief: building relationships, sharing insights, and investing in the territory are an essential part of how we work.
